In the piping structure of a detached house 1, the piping for connecting a hot water pipe P1, a water supply pipe P2 and a sewage pipe P3 which are buried outside a building, and the pipes P1-P3 arranged in the building is erected from a position of a bottom face of a step 10a of a service entrance 10 of the building, and penetrates a footing beam 15, which is erected from a footing B of the building, at the position where the step 10a is arranged. Accordingly, excavation of the footing is not needed, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is suppressed.
