A resin tube 9 fixedly inserted in one end of a female connector 10 and a mating pipe 10 snap-connected to the other end of the female connector 10 are fixed with a first fixing means 17 and a second fixing means 18 on a fixing member 16. Either of the resin tube 9 and the mating pipe 11 is fixed to the fixing member 16 off an extension line to a common axis L of the female connector 10. Either of the first and second fixing means 17 and 18 can fit the fixing portion of the resin tube 9 or mating pipe 11 in place when it is turned on the female connector 10.
