To realize simplification of a piping line, and reduction of construction costs by arranging shared wiring and piping for electricity, gas, water service, or the like in a ceiling portion of a shared passage for a multiple dwelling house, and branching off exclusive wiring and piping throughout two upper and lower floors therefrom.
The piping arrangement is for a multiple dwelling house having dwelling units stacked throughout plural floors, provided with the shared passage in each floor, arranged with the dwelling units facing the passage, provided with the shared wiring and piping to be shared by the plurality of dwelling units, and composed such that the exclusive wiring and piping are branched off to each of the dwelling units from the shared wiring and piping. The shared wiring and piping for electricity, gas, water service, or the like are arranged in the ceiling portion of the shared passage, the exclusive wiring and piping are branched off to each dwelling unit from the shared wiring and piping, the exclusive wiring and piping are branched off to each dwelling unit of a floor right above the shared passage, and feeding is carried out from the wiring and piping of the shared passage throughout the two upper and lower floors.
