Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify piping work and shorten the working term by previously building a piping system as a structural material when a building for a factory is designed and executing supply and discharge pipes as facilities unified with the structural material.
CONSTITUTION: The corner round or square steel pipe 12 of a straight pipe is bridged horizontally extending between the steel framed columns 11, 11 of a building for a factory as a beam material, and connected. A branch pipe 13 and a valve 14 are connected to such a steel pipe 12 as required, and a required fluid can be fed. Accordingly, the square shaped or round-shaped steel pipe is incorporated previously as a structural material when the building is designed, and piping work need not be conducted separately. The steel pipe as the supply and discharge pipe of the fluid is formed in a straight pipe, and the steel pipe is disposed extending between a shortest distance, thus preventing and bypass sections generated by the piping in future, then obviating pressure loss and power loss.
