PURPOSE:TO prevent any water stagnation in a branch tube even when a valve mechanism is closed and a water flow in the branch tube is stopped by providing a bypass tube at a portion in close vicinity of the valve mechanism of the branch tube. CONSTITUTION:Although a water flow in a branch tube 2 is stopped and becomes to be stagnant when a valve mechanism 3 is closed, the branch tube 2 includes an introduction means G at its end connected to a main tube 1 and a bypass tube 4 is provided at a position where the end of the main tube connected the branch tube 2 is in close vicinity of the valve mechanism 3, so that water in the main tube 1 is introduced through the bypass tube 4 near the valve mechanism 3 of the branch tube 2 and flows in the branch tube 2 such that the aforesaid water flows backward in the branch tube 2 and returns to the main tube 1. Accordingly, even if bacteria enters the branch tube 2, they can be prevented from proliferating in the tube.
