Abstract:
To provide a piping system capable of performing transfer processing of a higher degree of flexibility, by transferring a transfer object by simultaneously using a corresponding pipe part of parallel circulating pipes, by providing a plurality of circulating pipes.
This piping system is provided for connecting mutual apparatus groups, and has exclusive pipes SP1-SP14 individually connected to respective apparatuses E1-E14 in the apparatus groups, the plurality of annular circulating pipes 1 and 2, and switching devices SW1-SW14 connecting the respective exclusive pipes SP1-SP14 to the respective circulating pipes 1 and 2.
