PURPOSE: To prevent damage of submersion by connecting one end of a water pipe passing through the inside of a shell pipe to a stopcock through an elbow joint, and providing a water-receiver for water-leakage from a connection place to the upper end of the shell pipe ends.
CONSTITUTION: One end off a water pipe 5 is connected to a stopcock 8 through an elbow joint 8. A connection plane 82 of the joint 8 with the water pipe 5 is stored between a finished wall and a wall base surface. After that, a water- receiver 9 for water-leakage from the connection place 82 is fixed to the upper end of the shell pipe ends 41 in a state of waterightness. Then, the water- leakage is introduced to the inside of the shell pipe through the water-receiver 9 and is discharged from the other end of the shell pipe ends to the outside, and at that time, the shell pipe is used for a drain piple. According to the constitution, submerged damage in the interior of a building caused by the water-leakage can be eliminated.
