Title:
PIPING THROUGH HOLE FILLING JIG AND PUSH-IN JIG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3403331
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping through hole filling jig and a push-in jig ideal for hole filling work of forming a slab with a piping through hole and closing a clearance between the through hole and the pipe after piping.
SOLUTION: A piping through hole filling jig 11 comprises a cylinder body 12, and net bodies 13 disposed on the outside and inside along the outer peripheral surface 12a and inner peripheral surface 12b of the cylinder body 12 and connected at a bottom part 13c. The inner net body 13 is provided with a diameter contractible restricting means. The restricting means is wire 14 fitted to the net body 13. After piping, the inner net body 13 is contracted in diameter and placed along the outer peripheral surface of a pipe. The net body 13 is further shaped from the lower end of a through hole by a push-in jig so as to be positioned exactly along the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and then mortar is filled in the net body 13 to complete hole filling work. Workability is therefore improved.
