To provide a piping unit to be integrated with a meter and its periphery for efficient execution of piping work for a gas/water meter and its periphery.

The piping unit 50 to be integrated with a meter and its periphery comprises a frame body 3 made of a thin metal sheet having two supports 1a, 1b installed perpendicularly on a floor F by a fixing means K1, and beams 2a, 2b laid to the supports 1a, 1b by a height-adjusting means K2. Attachments 5a, 5b, 5c for fixing a water service pipe and an attachment 6 for fixing a gas pipe are horizontally fixed so as to allow adjustment of height relative to the frame body 3. The piping unit includes further water service piping 11 around a water meter 8 provided with a pressure-reducing valve 9 having a valve, and a joint 10, and a gas piping 15 around a gas meter. The pressure-reducing valve 9 is fixed to the attachment 5b fort fixing a water service pipe so as to be jointed to the water meter 8, while being provided with a space S1 for attaching the water meter 8. The gas piping 15 is fixed to the attachment 6 for fixing a gas pipe, and is provided with a joint 13 for jointing to the meter 12 and an opening/closing valve 14, while being provided with a space S2 for attaching the gas meter 12.
