Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a safe and easy work by a method wherein a piping unit is pre-assembled and both sides of a pipe coupling are firmly supported when the unit is lifted by a crane.
SOLUTION: A piping unit U comprises a frame body 1 arranged at each of stories; a pipe coupling 7 inserted in the frame body 1 and connected to upper and lower drain rise pipes 8 and 9; and a rise pipes 10. The frame body 1 comprises vertical frame 2 extending through vertically of a placed concrete slab S; and a floor plate 3 formed such that a position equivalent to the under surface of the concrete slab S forms an upper surface. Large and small pipe support members 23 and 24 are disposed at the vertical frame 2 in parallel to a lateral material 22. The floor plate 3 comprises a hole 4 in which a pipe coupling 7 is inserted; a sleeve pipe 5 in which the rise pipe 10 is inserted; and a preliminary sleeve pipe 6 on the under surface of which a disc 11 is attached. Further, a gap closing late 14 to close a gap remaining in the hole 4 of the floor plate 3 is disposed on the under surface of the hole 4 of the floor plate 3 after the pipe coupling 7 is inserted.
