Title:
PISTON FOR CONCRETE CYLINDER OF CONCRETE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015081549
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston for a concrete cylinder of a concrete pump capable of improving sealing performance as a structure in which grease supplied to the concrete piston is easily held in the periphery of the piston, and capable of suppressing abrasion or wear of the cylinder or packing.SOLUTION: A clearance 16 for filling grease G is formed along an outer periphery of a piston 6 held by a pair of piston packings 14a and 14b, and a U-packing 17 having an annular groove 19 is circumferentially formed at least on a piston base end side of the clearance 16. The U-packing 17 is disposed in such a manner that an outer peripheral surface thereof is slidably abutted to an inner wall surface of a cylinder 3 and an opening side of the groove 19 faces the clearance 16. When the piston 6 is advanced so as to pump ready-mixed concrete C, the grease G filled in the clearance 16 is held by the U-packing 17, and abrasion and wear of the cylinder 3 or the piston packings 14a and 14b can be suppressed.
