Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide piston-cylinder equipment of the structure which is as short as possible and is capable of blocking completely both working spaces in case of necessity.
SOLUTION: The piston-cylinder equipment having the buffer characteristic depending on a speed includes the piston rod which is movably guided in the axial direction inside one of the cylinders filled up with a buffer medium. In this case, the piston is arranged so as to separate the cylinder into the working space on the side of piston rod and that on the side apart from the piston rod. And both working spaces are connected together through at least one flow groove which is controlled depending on the location in the axial direction of the valve body biased toward the opening direction by the spring. In this case, the valve body is mobile in the closed location of the valve seat face depending on the dynamic pressure and the penetration cross section on at least one flow groove is decreased. The piston has the valve seat face on the front side and the blocking face of the conical shape in the location where the above valve body is closed maximally on this valve seat face.
