Abstract:
To prevent the positional deviation in the rotation direction of a slide bearing provided between the small end part of the linkage rod and the piston pin.SOLUTION: A piston device 1 comprises: a piston 2 having a pair of boss parts 7 and 7 provided at intervals in a cavity part 6 with open bottom; a linkage rod 3 having a small end part 11 connected to a boss part 7 with a pin hole 14, and a large end part 12 connected to a crank shaft; a cylindrical slide bearing 4 provided in the pin hole; and a piston pin 5 for connecting the piston and the small end part. The axial dimensions of the small end part and the slide bearing are small at the top and large at the bottom. A step part 10 is provided on the inner surface of the boss part facing the small end part. When the slide bearing is displaced in the rotation direction, it protrudes from the pin hole and comes into contact with the step part, thereby preventing further displacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
