Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a crank rotation angle required for the move of a piston in each stroke proper to improve sound vibration performance.
SOLUTION: The middle point of a stroke in which the piston advances toward a top dead center TDC from a bottom dead center BDC is a first middle point P1, the middle point of a stroke in which the piston advances toward the bottom dead center BDC from the top dead center TDC is a second middle point P2, a crank rotation angle until the piston moves to the top dead center TDC from the first middle point P1 is θ1, a crank rotation angle until the piston moves to the second middle point P2 from the top dead center TDC is θ2, a crank rotation angle until the piston moves to the bottom dead center BDC from the second middle point P2 is θ3, and a crank rotation angle until the piston moves to the first middle point P1 from the bottom dead center BDC is θ4. (θ1+θ2) is not less than (θ3+θ4).
