Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston pump device eliminating failure caused by leak of an object liquid to an air chamber and exhibition of the object liquid adhered on an outer peripheral surface of a piston to air in the air chamber.SOLUTION: A piston pump device includes a first pump chamber 28 in one side of a piston 26 and a second pump chamber 30 in the other side, and is configured such that reciprocal motion of the piston 26 causes pump action on an object liquid in the first pump chamber 28 and simultaneously causes pump action on a cleaning liquid in the second pump chamber 30.
