PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston pump device of small request for a constitution space.SOLUTION: A piston pump device 1 includes a double piston 8, the double piston 8 has a work piston 8a and a pressure piston 8b, the work piston 8a and the pressure piston 8b are connected to each other through a piston rod 20, the work piston 8a is closely disposed in a first casing part 10, the pressure piston 8b is closely disposed in a second casing part 12, and the work piston 8a has a pocket-shaped folding-back portion 22 formed so that the second casing part 12 is at least partially surrounded by the work piston 8a.
