To provide a rod sealing type piston pump with a self-suction function, where fluid leakage to a suction side from a feed chamber of a second pump is prevented and thereby discharging performance of the pump is improved.
A second cylinder member 21 constituting a second pump 20 and a pull-out preventing member (a first cylinder member 11) for preventing a piston from being pulled out from a piston hole 2 by pressing the piston in the axis direction are abutted each other in the axis direction, and a deformation absorbing part 26 constituted with projections 26a and the like are provided between the abutted members. The deformation absorbing part 26 is made of a material softer than the first cylinder member 11, and an alignment of the second cylinder member 21 is carried out on the basis of a step surface 5 in an inner circumference of the piston hole 2, thereby, a seal between an annular seal surface 25 and the step surface 5 is secured.
