Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of improving oil sealing performance and reducing oil consumption in a combination of piston rings.SOLUTION: In a combination of piston rings, the second ring has an undercut surface, and at least one of an inner cut surface and an outer cut surface is formed on the second ring. A third outer peripheral end surface of at least one of a pair of slide portions in the oil ring is formed such that a lower edge is located radially outside an upper edge and a third top portion is located on the lower side than the axial center position of the slide portion in the third outer peripheral end surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
