Abstract:
To provide a piston slap reduction structure that can reduce slap sound of a reciprocal engine.SOLUTION: A piston slap reduction structure 1 includes: a recess part 9 that is formed in a thrust-side skirt part 8 of a piston 5; a base part 10 fitted to the recess part 9; a floating part 12 provided to the base part 10 via a spring 11 and coming close to a cylinder wall 2 from the thrust-side skirt part 8; and a retaining part 13 attached to the thrust-side skirt part 8 and retaining the base part 10 to the recess part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
