Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the abrasion of a piston resulting from the compressive reaction of a coolant.
SOLUTION: In a piston furnished with a piston head 51 inserted reciprocatable to the cylinder bore 3 of a housing 1; and a piston neck 52 having the front and the rear shoe seats 54 in which a pair of front and rear shoes 60 nippealy holding a swash plate 40 supported to a rotary shaft 30 are incorporated; a large diameter piston guide 56 to regulate the rotation of the piston 50, as well as to overhang to the outer side from the peripheral surface of the piston head 51, is formed at the length size striding on the front and the rear shoe seat 54. The piston guide 56 is guided to reciprocate along the inner peripheral wall surface 7 of the housing 1.
