Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply mechanism that enables quantitative supply of a paste-like material.SOLUTION: A piston type quantitative supply comprises a driving mechanism 10, a storage tank 20, a seal mechanism 30, an opening/closing device 40, and a charging mechanism 50. The driving mechanism is divided and formed into an extrusion space having the same quadrangle surface area and a stock space by that a storage tank is fixed by a work center 112 of a base 11 and the storage tank is combined with a sealing plate 32 of a sealing device. The paste-like material is directly extruded from the stock space in equivalent weight and is filled in the space, and shifted and discharged at constant speed in extrusion space using a piston 15, and thereby an object of the quantitative supply can be achieved. The extrusion supply method by the piston can eliminate damage to a raw material, and also can maintain supply quality of the raw material effectively. Accordingly, a situation of reducing the texture of processed food due to the temperature being too high or excessive crumpling can be prevented and practicality is raised.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
