Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of oil consumption of a piston using a piston ring made of a resin formed in an endless manner without providing a joint, part.
SOLUTION: In a piston with a piston ring structure mounted in a ring groove formed, a second ring 200 presses an outer ring 210 formed of polyimide endlessly without forming a joint part to a cylinder wall 2 through an inner ring 220 formed of PTFE endlessly without forming a joint part by a coil expander 230. A stepped part 31 is formed in a third land 30 below the second ring 200 and an oil releasing hole 32 communicated with the stepped part 31 and the inner wall of a piston is formed.
