Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the overall height of a piston by providing within the screwed sleeve at the center of the piston skirt with a spring and connecting the piston head and skirt by a central screw.
CONSTITUTION: In the center of the piston skirt 4, a sleeve 8 is screwed and within the sleeve 8, a spring device 6 consisting of a plurality of plate springs 7, are provided. A piston head 3 and piston skirt 4 are connected by way of a screw 5 inserted in the center of the spring device 6. Thereby, the overall height of the piston can be made low.
