PURPOSE: To carry out pitch feeding with a high precision and low vibration by installing a pair of rotary discs which synchronously revolve before and behind a setting board, pitch feed means before and behind the setting board, elliptical cam installed on a pair of rotary discs, and a gudie member having a part positioning means.

CONSTITUTION: When a setting board 11 is shifted downward through the rectangular shift by the link joint of a pair of rotary discs 12A and 12B and a rod 15, a guide member 17 which is controlled by a cam 23 which revolves integrally with a rotary disc, accompanied with the shift, rises, and a part 10 on the setting board is positioned and received by a positioning means 18 on the guide member. Then, the setting board is pitch-shifted, and when the setting board is raised again from the pitch shift position, the guide member shifs downward, and the part on the guide member is received on the setting board, and pitch- sent. Accordingly, the part can be pitch-sent with high precision from a low vibration state, and the shift of the part by the external cause can be prevented.
