Title:
PITTING TOOL FOR PICKLED UME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013081625
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a pitting tool for pickled Ume (Japanese plum) which can separate a flesh and a pit of the pickled Ume without soiling a finger, and can preserve as it is in a container since when trying to remove the pit from the pickled Ume and to collect the flesh using a finger, the flesh clings on the pit, making it hard to pit it neatly, or even when the pit is removed from the pickled Ume, the flesh sticks to the finger, wasting the flesh.

The pitting tool separates the flesh and the pit by rubbing the pickled Ume in the container from the outside of the container which is elastic, transparent, and in a triangle bag shape. In the pitting tool 1 of the pickled Ume, a pickled Ume feeding opening 2, a flesh squeezing opening 4, and a pit taking out opening 6 are formed at triangle parts of the bag, and lids 3, 5, 7 are provided outside of each opening.
