PURPOSE: To easily fit a door and a door frame at an accurate position after the fitting position of the door is changed in the jointed condition of a pivot hinge to the door or the door frame.

CONSTITUTION: A pivot hinge is provided with a pair of bodies 1 fixed separately at a door and a door frame, a connection pin 2 connected to be rotatable in the body 1 and a fixture 5 fixing the connection pin in the body 1. The connection pin 2 has a pivot 3 at one end thereof and a rotary hole 3 at the other end thereof where the pivot 3 is inserted. The body 1 has an insertion recession 6 where the connection pin 2 is rotatably inserted. One or both centers of the pivot 3 and rotary hole 4 of the connection pin 2 is eccentric against the center of the insertion recession 6. The position that the connection pin 2 is fixed in the insertion recession 6 is changed and the position of the pivot 3 or the rotary hole 4 is adjusted.
