Abstract:
To provide a pizza baking kiln that can bake a pizza evenly by evenly providing heat from a fire source to a stone and causing air containing radiation heat from the heated stone to flow over the pizza in a wrapping way and is easy to carry around due to a compact size.SOLUTION: A pizza baking kiln 1 of this invention comprises: a bed 3 on which a fire source 2 is mounted; and a cylindrical body 4 arranged on the base 3 to accommodate the fire source 2, in which a planar lid 5 is attached to an upper end part of the cylindrical body 4. A spacer 8 arranged on an outer peripheral side of the fire source 2 is attached on an inner peripheral side of the cylindrical body 4 and a pizza-placing stone material 9 accommodated inside of the cylindrical body 4 is arranged on the spacer 8. A frame body 13 is attached via a space around an outer peripheral side face of the pizza-placing stone material 9, plural plate-like protrusions 14 are attached via a space on an outer peripheral side of the frame body 13, and the plate-like protrusions 14 are attached inclined relative to a vertical direction of the frame body 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
