This pizza baking machine includes: (a) a casing 5 having a pizza baking space (2) and provided with an opening/closing door (4) at its opening (3); (b) a heating rack (6) for baking pizza, received in the pizza baking space (2), capable of being taken in and out from the opening (3) by sliding, and having ceramic coating on a metallic thin plate of high heat conductivity; (c) one or a plurality of bar-shaped carbon heaters (7), (8) disposed at upper and lower parts of the heating rack (6) for baking pizza; and (d) a reflecting plate (9) disposed at least on the upper bar-shaped carbon heater (7) of the heating rack (6) for baking pizza, recessively curved along the longitudinal direction of the bar-shaped carbon heater, and collecting the reflected radiation heat to a central part at a side of the heating rack for baking pizza.
