To provide a small-sized pizza crust capable of loading a sufficient amount of ingredients on the crust, a method for producing the same and a device for producing the same.
The pizza crust 10 includes a plate-formed bottom surface 12 and a tubular side wall 14. The bottom surface 12 forms a bottom for loading the ingredients of the pizza crust 10. The side wall 14 is joined along with the outer circumferential part of the bottom surface 12, and forms a side wall 14 extending in the upper direction from the outer circumferential part of the bottom surface 12. The bottom surface 12 and side wall 14 form a space 10a for incorporating the ingredients of the pizza (dishing up part of the ingredients). Thus, it is possible to provide the small-sized pizza having an equivalent taste with that of conventional large-sized pizza.
