Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a place of production determination method capable of determining a place of production of a soybean raw material and a soybean processed product with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The place of production determination method element-analyses an acid-decomposed soybean and soybean processed food product with an inductive coupling plasma mass analysis apparatus capable of performing multi-element simultaneous analysis, and then further performs analysis using multivariate analysis, thereby determining the place of production of the soybean and the soybean processed food product. Target elements are selected from Li, Be, B, C, N, Na, Mg, Al, Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Te, I, Cs, Ba, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th, and U.
