At this time, a reinforcing material may be provided inside the welding part of the placing form 8. Subsequently, the placing form 8 is carried in a job site to place concrete, and the placing form 8 is taken as a wall of a factory as it is. At this time, apparatus may be integrally fitted to the side of the placing form 8. Accordingly, installation of buried apparatus can be simplified so as to improve the installation accuracy.
