Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the quantity of temporary construction materials necessary for supporting the weight of a partition floor and curtail man-days and the working period for a construction work by supporting the lower part of a liner at the underface of a partition floor and placing concrete while making use of the compressibility of water filled in the lower chamber of a container.

CONSTITUTION: A central mat 6 whose bottom is lined with a bottom liner 7 and the outer peripheral wall is lined with a side face liner 8 to form a concrete container 2. A container lower chamber 5 is provided so that the internal face wall in which the partition plate 3 of the ceiling is lined with a partition underface liner 10 is made airtight by a pressure vessel pedestal 9 and a vent tube 11. A supply water sluice valve is opened to fill water in the container lower chamber 5 and the upper weight is supported by making use of the compressibility of water at the underface of the partition floor underface liner 10. In this state, concrete for the partition plate 3 is placed. When the concrete has been solidified, a sluice valve 24 for drain is opened to discharge water. In this way, the work to support the partition plate 3 from above is simplified and hence man-days can be reduced.
