Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt with a plain washer in which the plain washer is integrally installed to the bolt having an under-neck part formed with a round surface.
SOLUTION: In the plain washer 5 in which a washer body 3 is installed by fitting a round hole 4 of the washer body 3 in a bolt V forming the under- neck part 2 of a head portion 1 of the bolt, chamfered surfaces 9 and 10 chamfered in symmetrical shapes ranging from an inner diameter surface 6 forming the round hole 4 as a center to both of front and back surfaces 7 and 8 of the washer body 3 at a larger diameter side are formed. The chamfered surfaces 9 and 10 of both of front and back surfaces 7 and 8 are also formed in R shapes approximately along the round surface of the under-neck part R-face 2 of the head portion 1.
