Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plain weave carpet much more excellent in appearance by changing a printed pattern in terms of appearance formed on the surface of a plain weave carpet.
SOLUTION: A plastic yarn is used as a warp 11 and fiber yarns comprising a great number of yarns having single yarn fineness of ≤15 denier are used as wefts 12 and 13. A plain weave carpet 17 is woven by weft double weaving texture through a surface weaving texture in which warp intervals (V) and weft internals (S) are made 1-3mm and the surface wefts 12 are laid below the warps 11 in the ratio of one weft to 4 to 6 warps. A space 14 between adjoining warps is regulated ≤0.5mm, a space 15 between adjoining surface wefts is adjusted to ≤1mm and a printed pattern 16 is formed on the surface.
