Abstract:
To provide a planar heating element having planar heating characteristics, which enables uniform heat generation, and transparency.
A planar heating element includes one or more electrodes 6 on a conductive layer 3 of a conductive substrate 5. The conductive substrate 5 is a laminated body of a substrate 4 and the conductive layer 3, and the conductive layer 3 is formed by metal fine particles 1 and a resin 2. The metal fine particles 1 form mesh like lines. The mesh like lines exist on at least one surface of the conductive layer 3 (hereinafter, the surface where the mesh like lines exist is referred to as a surface A), and the Ra value of the surface A is 400 nm or lower.
