To provide a planar display driving device capable of adjusting electron quantities to be outputted from cells more easily and capable of performing a more constant screen gradation processing.
This device is provided with a shift register part 10 successively shifting the video signal being inputted from the outside by synchronizing them with a clock, a latch part 20 which temporarily storing the video signal successively inputted from the register part 10 and which outputs them, an AND gate part 30 adjusting an output time with respect to the video signal to be outputted from the part 20 and an output driving circuit part 40 to which the video signal from the part 30 is inputted and which performs a screen gradation processing. Thus, electron quantities to be released from the cells can be easily controlled and, as a result, the 16-step screen gradation processing of a panel is made possible.
