Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a planar printing antenna which can increase radiation area, does not unnecessarily occupy a space of a mother board, and is advantageous in making the whole package product lighter, thinner, and shorter.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an antenna includes the steps of: forming a folding region 23 in a region between a first metal region 21 and a second metal region 22 in a substrate 1; preparing a screen provided with a printing pattern, a frame, and a composite hetero mesh; providing the composite hetero mesh on the substrate; forming a radiation metal layer 2 including the first metal region 21, the second metal region 22, and a feed-in terminal 24; forming a plurality of fold line holes forming a polygonal line 4 in a bent region 23; preparing a feed line 5 fixed to the feed in terminal 24 and electrically connected thereto; and bending the second metal region 22 along the polygonal line 4 with respect to the first metal region 21 to obtain a flat printed antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
