To reduce the manufacturing cost of a planar transformer.SOLUTION: In a planar transformer 10, a flexible insulating substrate 22 having primary coils C1AF, C1BF and secondary coils C2AF, C2BF, C2CF, C2DF, C2AB, C2BB, C2CB, C2DB arranged side by side on a first surface F and a second surface B is folded to stack the primary coils and the secondary coils.
