Abstract:
To avoid the deterioration of performance while the number of antenna elements is decreased and the cost is reduced and to suppress side lobes on the contrary.
This planar type radar comprises an antenna part 10 and a control part 20. The phase of power supplied to the antenna elements mounted on the antenna part 10 is changed for every array at the control part 20, and the radiation beam is outputted. In this planar type radar, the antenna elements are arranged in an approximately cross pattern as a whole.
