PURPOSE: To improve the antenna gain by connecting a basic element of an antenna to a strip conductor formed radially from a feeding point via a branch section and repeating the branching so as to increase the antenna area without much reducing the current.
CONSTITUTION: A basic element 1 is connected to a strip conductor 6 formed radially from the feeding point 4. The basic element 1 is connected further to each of strip conductors 1a, 1b constituting the basic element 1. The connection is repeated and the tip of each of the strip conductors 1a, 1b is terminated finally by a termination resistor 5. as to the conductors spread inward, since they are subjected to limitation of the spread location, the branch part 7 is no longer formed, but a phase adjusting section 8 is provided in place of branching by the branch section 7 to match the phase with the branch section 7.
