Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mechanical strength, flatness or the like without damaging an electric characteristic of a coil.
SOLUTION: In a conductor pattern of plane coil parts for a magnetic head including spiral-like coil patterns 16a, 16b capable of feeding electric current so as to go around the generating center of a magnetic field and a conductor pattern which is formed outside the coil patterns and incapable of feeding electric current so as to go around the generating center of the magnetic field, when the distance from the outermost peripheral outer edge of the coil pattern is expressed by S and the pitch of the same is expressed by P, a conductor occupying ratio R of the conductor pattern which is formed outside the coil patterns simultaneously satisfies 0≤R≤0.3 in a first zone A1 being the formula I: 0≤S≤1.5P, 0≤R≤0.8 in a second zone A2 being the formula II: 1.5P<S≤6.0P and 0.3<R≤1 in a third zone A3 being the formula III: 6.0P<S, and moreover closed loops going around the coil patterns are not formed with the conductor pattern inside the first zone A1 expressed by the formula I.
