An ON output region 601a is changed in accordance with the level of precharge voltage Vprc. When the precharge voltage Vprc is high, the ON output region 601a of a large area is formed by a shadow of a finger 671 and the ON output region 601a touches one side of a display region 10 (a). When the precharge voltage Vprc is dropped, the area of the ON output region 601a is reduced and the ON output region 601a is separated from one side of the display region 10 as an isolated region (b). When the precharge voltage Vprc is further dropped, the area of the ON output region 601a is further reduced, the ON output area 601a approaches a circular shape and the center of coordinates becomes one point 602a (c). At the time that the precharge voltage Vprc is reduced up to the state (c), calibration is completed.
