PURPOSE: To conduct a plane grinding evenly and also with efficiency for a plane member such as a print base plate by providing a grinding pressure regulator which is for regulating the pressure of grinding onto the surface of the plane member of a grinding member conducting a plane eccentricity movement.
CONSTITUTION: The core of an eccentricity device 78 is rotated by driving the motor 70 of a grinding device 60, and a shift 90 is made to conduct an eccentric motion within an eccentric hole, and this eccentric motion alone is transmitted to a brush device 62 via a flange 98. As a result, the brush 106 of the brush device 62 is made to conduct an eccentric motion, and energy is given evenly to all the hairs of the brush 106, and the ability of grinding at each part of the brush 106 is made to be even, and a print base plate (a kind of plane member) delivered is conducted with an even plane grinding. Next, when the brush 106 is worn and the pressure of grinding has been decreased, the handle of a grinding pressure regulation device 64 is turned, and a support plate 66 is lowered against a cylinder and the brush device 62 of the grinding device 60 is made to come down, and the pressure of grinding against the print base plate is maintained at a desired value.
