Abstract:
To provide a plane magnetic element making high inductance and low resistance coexist and enabling large thinning.
At least a second ferrite magnetic layer is formed as a composite ferrite magnetic layer composed of ferrite magnetic powder and an insulating resin. 20 vol. % or more of the ferrite magnetic powder is made to have a grain size of 2 μm or more and/or an aspect ratio of 2 or more.
