Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plane type transformer having small noise by reducing electrostatic energy to be stored between a coil pattern of a primary winding and that of a secondary winding.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive coil patterns to be formed on printed boards are used as primary and secondary windings in such a manner that the board for constituting the primary winding and the board for constituting the secondary winding are so disposed as to be opposed through an insulator in a transformer. The board 21 for constituting the primary winding and the board 27 for constituting the secondary winding are formed of both-side or multilayer printed boards in such a manner that conductive coil patterns 21b, 27a provided on both side surfaces opposed through the insulator 8 are connected to an electric circuit having a low potential in an AC manner in the plane type transformer.
