Abstract:
To provide a planer light source device for reducing the formation of pin holes which cause the leakage of gas, and to provide a display device equipped therewith.
The planer light source device comprises a first substrate 101, a second substrate 103 installed apart therefrom to form a discharge region, first electrodes 107a, 109a formed on the first substrate 101, and second electrodes 107b, 109b formed on the second substrate 103. A thermal conductive material 108 is laminated on at least one of a first electrode 101 and a second electrode 103.
