Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus applicable to various mixture used in dental technology by continuously kneading in order of preliminarily kneading step, transiting step and final step with predetermined rotating speed of an arm, and repeating the preliminarily kneading step and transiting step as needed before the final step. CONSTITUTION: Kneading is controlled to 100 to 500 rpm in the first step of preliminarily kneading at a rotating speed of a double arm 1, then to 0 to 50 rpm in the following transiting step, and to a faster rotating speed than the speed of the preliminary mixing step in the third final step. And, the continuous kneading of the first step and the following transiting step is repeated, as required, before the final third step. One of bucket holders 2, 3 can contain a bucket measuring its tare capable of taking a balance of movable parts. The bucket measuring its tare has a weight distributed uniformly to rotary shafts 5, 13 corresponding to normal dosage of a product to be kneaded.
