Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable each planetary rotating element to be properly positioned even without any retainer and enhance transmitting efficiency for motive power, by placing the rotating elements in two stages. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of an input shaft 1 rotates the planetary rotating element 3 through the planetary rotating element 2, and the planetary rotating element 3 rotated by rolling against a fixed one of rotation output rings 4, 5 rotates the other of the rings 4, 5. Accordingly, the transmission of rotation from the input shaft 1 to the output rings 4, 5 is effected totally through rolling. In addition, the planetary rotating element 3 contacting the rings 4, 5 and the planetary rotating element 2 contacting the input shaft 1 are supported in a free manner between the shaft 1 and the rings 4, 5, so that there is no need for an retainer, and there is no sliding friction.
