Abstract:
To constrain rotation of an internal gear and release the constraint of the rotation by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A planetary gear device 10 for transmitting the rotation of an input shaft 60 to an output shaft includes: a sun gear 40 coupled to the input shaft, which has external teeth 41t; an internal gear 20 provided on the outer periphery separated from the sun gear, which has internal teeth 21t; planetary gears 30 meshing with external teeth of the sun gear and the internal teeth of the internal gear; a planetary carrier 50 provided protruding in an outer diameter direction from the output shaft for rotatably supporting the planetary gears in a circumferential direction of the output shaft; a housing 110 for rotatably supporting the internal gear; a constraint member 23 fixed to the internal gear; a moving engagement member 80 that engages with the internal gear; and moving devices 90 and 91 for switching the states between a first state in which the moving engagement member engages only with the internal gear by moving the moving engagement member in a direction along the input shaft, and the constraint member is pressed against the housing, and a second state in which the moving engagement member engages with the input shaft in addition to the internal gear, and the constraint member is separated from the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
