A planetary gear device includes: a sun gear; a plurality of planetary gears, disposed in the periphery of the sun gear and meshing with the sun gear; internal gear, coaxial to the sun gear and meshing with the planetary gears; an annular member, fixed on the outer circumference part of the internal gear; and a screw hole, formed on a cylindrical face of the annular member. In the planetary gear device, a groove is formed in a circumference direction on the outer circumference part of the internal gear, a space formed by the groove on the outer circumference part of the internal gear and by the annular member is filled with oil, and the screw hole formed on the cylindrical face of the annular member is sealed with a screw.
